Altminds began its journey in 2011 as Esol Soft, with the development of Payrollers — a payroll and workforce management solution created to simplify payroll, compliance, leave, and employee administration.

In 2015, we evolved our identity into Altminds, marking the beginning of a broader vision: to rethink how businesses use technology to manage their everyday operations. What began with payroll has grown into a portfolio of integrated solutions spanning HR & Payroll, ERP, Point of Sale, School Management, and Business Automation.

Today, Altminds operates through fully owned teams in Singapore and India, bringing together experienced software architects, developers, and business consultants. Our understanding of business operations, financial processes, payroll, compliance, and industry-specific requirements allows us to create solutions that are practical, scalable, and designed around the way organisations actually work.
